ALLOW US to introduce you to "SMART CARTS"; the finest quality product of its kind made in the United States. Originally designed for horsemen who needed a strong, high-capacity cart that could stand up to rough abuse and barn acids year after year, it has rapidly become the tool of choice among gardeners, contractors and homeowners alike.

A "SMART CART" is so strong that it has been known to support the full weight of a horse, yet so light when empty that a gust of wind can actually move it.

UNLIKE CARTS made of wood and steel, SMART CARTS will not rot, warp, crack, splinter or rust! The high-density, linear polyethylene pan is leakproof, with no bolt holes to rupture. Ultraviolet ray inhibitor has been added to protect against sun damage. The pan snaps easily in and out of the carriage, and is often used by itself as a handy tub or container! Pans are available in 7 and 12 cubic foot sizes, and are interchangeable.

RUGGED AND LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN

The CARRIAGE is hand-crafted of aircraft-quality tubular aluminum alloy; lightweight and extremely strong. Each one is then satin etched and anodized for good looks and maximum weather resistance. "SMART CARTS" weigh less than 40 pounds, yet support virtually anything that you can load into them! The 20" heavy-duty spoke wheels with ball bearings, pneumatic tires and thorn-proof tubes roll smoothly over rough ground, or choose wide-tread 16" diameter tires for maximum flotation in deep snow or mud; a favorite for moving wood and other heavy materials.

VERSATILE SNAP-OUT PAN

The PATENTED snap-in, snap-out pan allows you to unload in awkward spots if necessary, and is used without the carriage for everything from washing the dog to holding ice and party beverages.

Our carts are designed to use the same carriage or aluminum frame for each size polyethylene pan (part of the 'smart' features).  Weight capacities for either size are determined primarily by the tire choice.

• Both our 7cubic foot and 12 cubic foot pans are interchangeable
• The pans have no bolt holes that wear and tear the plastic
• The pans have multiple uses, while the carriage can also be used alone
• Each of the parts are replaceable
• Standard Tire choices are a 20" Spoke Tire or a 16" Turf Tire (see below for further choices)

Both size tubs are available in either green, blue or black.

• LIGHTWEIGHT:
  SMART CARTS weigh less than 40 pounds; half as much as other carts their size.
• HEAVY-DUTY:
  SMART CARTS have a load capacity of 600 pounds, instead of three or four hundred. our solid steel axle is mounted inside a thick steel plate and attaches to the frame at 8 points. This is the strongest undercarriage in the cart business.
• WELL-BALANCED:
  SMART CARTS enable the user to balance the center of gravity of the load directly over the wheels and axle where it belongs. Other carts merely "share" the load with the user; SMART CARTS do the heavy work for you!
• WEATHER RESISTANT:
  SMART CARTS are made of the finest materials available and are designed for use in all weather conditions. The seamless polyethylene container has no bolt holes to cause cracks or tears, and is unaffected by water, strong sunlight, barn acids or fertilizer. Our tubular framework is made of drawn aluminum alloy, satin-etched and anodized. Lightweight and extremely strong, it will never rust or rot.
• VERSATILE:
  SMART CARTS have a patented snap-off pan design that allows the polyethylene pan to double as a large tub (on or off the frame). Popular uses for the pan include washing the dog, holding ice or water, mixing concrete and the like. This patented feature is found only on SMART CARTS. The cart will also stand upright so that you can rake right into it, or use the front of the cart to lift heavy objects off the ground like rocks, root balls, and bags of feed or fertilizer. SMART CARTS have only a single framework that fits both the 7 and 12 cubic foot poly containers. Both tub sizes and wheel styles interchange onto the same framework; a size and wheel for every job!
• LARGE CAPACITY:
  SMART CARTS have four sides instead of only three; no need to load low in the back and high in the front. This means that our 7 cu. ft. cart can be mounded to almost 12 cu. ft, yet at only 32" wide it still fits through standard doorways. The 12 cu. ft. cart mounds to an 18 cu. ft. capacity.
• TRAILER OPTION:
  SMART CARTS are available in a utility trailer configuration for use with yard tractors, golf carts and ATVs. Or, if you prefer, purchase the trailer conversion kit and use your SMART CART as a handcart or a trailer! The trailer is heavy box steel construction, has a spring loaded, self-locking dump mechanism and like the handcart, carries our famous lifetime warranty.
• LIFETIME WARRANTY:
  SMART CARTS lifetime warranty covers all the parts of the framework and the polyethylene container against cracking, breaking or bending for as long as you own it. This is the best warranty in the industry.
